When Sergii’s smile got distorted, his mother panicked knowing that it might be a symptom of a stroke. She was waiting for her husband to come home in order to go to the hospital together but he never came because the man tragically died. Sergii was examined and treated but there were no results. After a while, the boy’s legs failed him. Now the doctors of the Institute of Neurosurgery try to understand the cause of disease and to eliminate it. But concomitant therapy and a surgery-examination require significant expenses. The boy’s mother who was left alone to bring up five children cannot afford it.

Little Konstiantyn has recently completed cancer treatment but without a special examination, the doctors cannot say if it was successful. Such uncertainty is hard for Kotia’s parents. MIBG-scanning is the only examination that in the case of neuroblastoma can accurately identify if there are remnants of the tumor.

Such a serious disease as leukemia is accompanied by stomatitis, lesions of the bronchial tract and of the digestive system and it causes more suffering. It’s impossible to cope without expensive antibiotics.

Kristinochka Khizhnyak in January was 7 years old. The girl met her birthday in the walls of the children's hematology of Nikolaev. So many people came to congratulate her, the whole room was full of balloons, on the table stood was a beautiful cake, and of course, were lots and lots of gifts. But the most important gift that would like to give Christina it's health.
This fair-haired girl with sad eyes touched the hearts of many caring people. To live and smile, Alinochka need to be treated, to pass the treatment till end. In February last year was put terrible diagnosis to her: embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma, a group at high risk. Since then has passed almost a year.

The second bill auction (the first was conducted in early 2016) did not leave anybody indifferent - has sold more than 80 lots.

But there are a lot of kids who are spending their childhood in hospitals by taking medications and going through a variety of different tests and procedures. They see our fast paced world from the other side of a window. These kids have a problem – HIV. In the Kiev region there are 392 such child.
