Svitlanka is a happy and energetic girl, but a heavy illness, cerebral palsy, does not allow her the opportunity to fully develop and enjoy life. She’s only 4 years old and she’s already gone through many rehabilitation courses in various health institutions in Ukraine. Despite all this, Svitlana attempts to be like her peers and, in everything, tries to be like her twin sister.
The history of this child is not easy. Victoria fought brain cancer for 2 years, she has almost recovered, but the disease relapsed. The same procedures were again, but doctors said they had no effect. So the child starts all over again. But now she asks for our help.
Christmas is the time of real miracles and fulfillment of cherished desires! December 9-10 at the art plant "Platforma" will be the most charming flea market of the year – Christmas Kurazh Bazar. We will sell and buy gifts, drink mulled wine and eat roast marshmallow, choose a Christmas tree at a Christmas tree market, dance for Christmas songs and exchange greetings. And the main thing is to help children! The purpose of fundraising during Kurazh Bazar is to purchase bright, colored and pleasant to the touch bed linens for children being treated at the Dolinsk city children's hospital.
Nazarchyk grew up in the love of his parents and did not know that there was such a pain in the world. But then he suddenly fell ill with leukemia... The first weeks at the hospital were the worst: when the boy saw a person in a white coat, he got scared and wept for long. His mom did not have enough strength to calm her son down because she needed somebody to support her too.
How does the disease choose people? What are her criteria? Weak or strong, hardy or not? We do not know why tumor chooses this guy, but we are convinced that together we can help overcome it. Myhailo is 27, and he is one of those who can be called a hero. A tall, handsome man with broad shoulders and big plans for life. However, these plans ruthlessly destroy the diagnosis: "swelling of the eye."
Do you remember the amazing age of 17-18? The time when you are finally a student and the air is intoxicating, life seems infinite and exciting, when you are full of energy to live even several lives, you are so ready. You just left the parents' nest and your head goes dizzy with opportunities and possibilities.
And then BOOM you get diagnosed with cancer. Leukemia at 17. And suddenly your life starts being measured by thousands of hryvnias. Can you picture this? I bet not.
"I always knew that I would name my daughter Nastya as the heroine of many fairy tales", said a mother of this little girl. She was confident from the first day of pregnancy that she would have a girl. When Anastasia was born, her parents were very happy! Her big brother Nazar was most happy.
Children's neurosurgery... Hearing this phrase, you feel frost on the skin and, frankly, you do not even want to think about who gets into this department. And there are children! Children with craniocerebral trauma, children with congenital pathologies, children with brain tumors. All of them without exception are waiting for difficult operations and long periods of recovery.
Yulia was born a healthy child, had no deviations. She diagnosed with a Wilms tumor in her almost 5 years after a sharp abdominal pain and medical examinations. The girl had a surgery in Kyiv. She was undergoing treatment for a year. However, this treatment caused another illness - hepatitis B. Doctors found it after the analysis. So the child should now be treated with the virus.
