Premature birth is always a risk. And it does not matter whether they occurred spontaneously or were caused by artificial means to save the life of the mother and child in severe pathologies. Fortunately, today medicine is at such a level that doctors are able to save and go out a child born with a weight of 500 grams.
A baby's hands are so tiny--the entire hand can barely curl around one of the mom's fingers. The life of a baby is simultaneously a precious treasure given to people and a question: will you be able to keep it safe? It is not necessarily the fault of the parents when a baby gets sick. Weak immune system, congenital genetic defects or a sudden illness--there are many reasons for being admitted to the pulmonology unit. And when a baby cannot breathe properly, the specialized, extra-sensitive diagnostic equipment, made specifically for the youngest children, is vitally important. Otherwise, it is very difficult for the doctors to save those children's lives.
"Run with faith in his heart" - a social initiative of "Danone" company in Ukraine, aimed at helping children with kardio illness.
Unfortunately, the sad statistics show that in Ukraine from 7 to 14 children per 1,000 babies are born with congenital heart defects. 42% of them do not live up to a year if they are not operated in time. Early diagnosis of heart disease significantly increases the chances of small patient an early and complete recovery. However, few health facilities have adequate equipment, which makes it possible to diagnose cardiac abnormalities and prevent its development.
