What could be worse than lonely oldness? An oldness that covers a person within four walls and makes it possible to talk only with memories and black and white photographs. In order to solve the problem of loneliness and uselessness of elderly people, a day club "Second Youth" was created. He has been working since 2001 and has created within his walls a large and friendly “family” of lonely grandparents who need communication, care, and daily social and psychological support.

1. People’s hope for the best.
2. The team of ambitious and passionate managers and volunteers.
3. Grants and donations from donors.
Owing to the streamlined operation of our website ubb.org.ua, you have an opportunity to help those who need this, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Imagine for a minute what your life would be like without your parents. How would it be, not their perseverance, not their support, not their severity, not their advice and guidance? Submitted? So there are tens of thousands of such lives in our country. Tens of thousands of those who have never heard mother's lullaby, who have not heard father's advice, who did not know tenderness and felt hugs, who had never heard the most important words: "You are the best, I am proud of you, you will succeed!".
For every person, it is important to feel safe, to be able to cuddle up with loved ones. That’s especially true for children with cancer. They can do it at the Center Dacha, the only one in Ukraine. For 9 years Dacha has been giving its residents happy childhood memories and has been helping to overcome a serious disease. Dacha’s lobby is decorated with a symbolic tree of life on which every leaf is a warm reminiscence of all the house guests. And with every year there are more and more of such leaves.
"Our little princess is called Milana Aleksandrovna! She was born on 2 May and weighed 2,870 g at birth. Our "Thumbelina" grew up as a cheerful funny child until we became disconcerted with her breathing…", the girl's mother Yana doesn't leave anything out while telling us the story of her child. "She poorly gained weight, lost her appetite, started having daily tummy aches and frequently vomited… We've been able to manage these symptoms to a certain extent after we'd introduced special nutrition. Still, every month we would end up in the hospital due to bronchitis or pneumonia." Finally, the little one has been diagnosed with cystic fibrosis, the disease one can live with, but it turns out to be a very expensive life. The life that a single mother raising three children on her own cannot afford.
