And young parents were told that he had a kidney disease and later he was diagnosed with polycystosis, transferred to the pathology of new-borns, and then discharged, without giving much chances for life.

Almost five years ago Yura Shupik finished treatment of acute leukemia. However to say that "he finished" is not completely correct. Cystic fibrosis (CF or mucoviscidosis) is the most wide-spread genetically transmitted disease. Not so long ago people with this disease could hardly hope to reach 20 years of age. At the terminal stage of CF the life of a patient directly depends on the intake of additional oxygen. The Happy Child Foundation is raising money to purchase devices which would replace the huge oxygen tanks in clinics: oxygen concentrators. They will be given to the sick children of Zaporozhye region, whose parents will never be able to save enough money to purchase the expensive equipment on their own.
Deaf children are ordinary kids. They also love to play, dance, have fun and be naughty, experiment with different objects, build, sculpt and paint. But very often they do not have someone to play with them. Parents of hearing kids do not encourage their children to communicate with the deaf, and sometimes hinder such contacts. But under certain conditions, deaf children reach a high level of development in speech and hearing. This development is greatly assisted by prosthetic hearing aid devices. Unfortunately, most cannot afford them.
Children, getting treatment by anticancer medicaments at Ivano-Frankivsk Children's Hospital, constantly suffer from chemotherapy medicament side-effects. Patients are too weak: they spend time laying down on their beds. We want to make their staying in the hospital comfortable by special medical beds purchase. These tilting (surgical) beds with handrails can be regulated and tilted. They are not so much for children, but for their parents – because parents have to move, to wash their child.
He tours around Ukraine with his concerts and gives all the money earned from performances to oncological patients, whereas the musician himself needs help – Sergiy Polivanov has Hodgkin's lymphoma. And the only, last chance to kill the disease is to continue the treatment with the drug ‘Ribomustine’. There is no money left however for the last 3 courses that have to be undergone and all possessions which could be sold have been already sold. To continue the treatment it is necessary to raise nearly UAH 100,000.
