Monogarov Daniil lives with the second form of ICP since his birth. This is when the child can walk, but with restrictions. A kid has every chance to improve his condition, but an awkward age aggravates the situation. An absence of timely carried out rehabilitation procedures can significantly and, in the case of Daniil, irrevocably aggravate this condition Danylo now enters the puberty and requires close attention of specialists. Abrupt jump of kid’s growth is not good: Daniil's legs are disfigured, he walks on half-bent, he staggers, each month condition of boy’s spine worsens.

Dear donors, you have already known Katryna Rybalka. Since 19 July 2017 the young mother is fighting against aggressive form of cancer which is called Non Hodgkin Lymphom of 4th degree. Endless examinations, analyses, puncturings and 14 courses of chemotherapy – that’s she had to get through during this year. But results are not disappointing. Tumour is still growing. Unfortunately, lymphoma can not be operated and radiotherapy is not indicated for this diagnosis. Further she needs radiotherapy with the further own sterns cells transplant. Continuous tumour growth separates Katerina from TCM, for which we collected money in the previous project.
Sofiika Mochalova from the city of Pervomaisk, Mykolaiv region. Just recently, like all children of her age, she has gone to the kindergarten. Nothing foreshadowed trouble. A baby suddenly fell ill in early June. at first, a swelling appeared in the supraclavicular region on the right. A few days later the temperature rose to 38°C, the swelling increased and reddened. The troubled mother went to the hospital and Sofia was hospitalized in the surgical department. An ultrasound of the soft woven neck revealed enlarged lymph nodes.
There were armed hostilities in August 2014 in Svitlodarsk, Donetsk region. The situation was stressful. Kiriusha’s mom, Yuliia, lived in constant fear. Habitual life collapsed right before her eyes. She used to fall asleep alarmingly in the evening and did not know what is tomorrow, and whether it comes... When her labor began, the city was shelled. All this had disastrous consequences. Labor was slow. Doctors were imposed to make a cesarean section. During all this time the baby suffered cerebral oxygen deprivation, resulting in serious cerebral disorders, cerebellum damage. Later Kiriusha was diagnosed with an ataxic form of infantile cerebral palsy, tetraparesis, psychoverbal and psychomotoric developmental delay, atypical autism.
This boy's name is Sergii, he is 6 years old. During these 6 years, he has experienced many trials. When he was still a child, he began to develop seizures, after which Sergii had an operation on the heart. Only the boy recovered, the parents noticed that he became whiny, nervous, very difficult to learn new words and spoke vaguely. Since birth, the boy is under the constant supervision of a neurologist, who diagnosed "minimal brain dysfunction, delayed psycho-speech development."
Taking into account insufficient funding and hard financial situation, the Department of Neurosurgery of Odessa Regional Clinical Hospital badly needs assistance. Every year the Department of Neurosurgery treats 1,200-1,300 patients and administers pharmacotherapy and therapy of nervous system diseases including the brain, spinal marrow, and peripheral nervous system. Neurosurgeons perform about 600 operations annually. Regretfully, the funds allocated by the state do not allow of covering even the most necessary needs for health care of such number of patients.
Artem Demchuk is a student of the medical college. Since childhood, he dreamed of being a doctor. After grade 9, he diligently prepared for admission to the medical college and entered the budget form of education. But fate decided a little differently. Today, the doctors treat him. Artem grew up healthy cheerful and active boy. He studied well at school, took part in subject competitions, competitions, won prizes.
Van’ka hastens to live. Cystic fibrosis doesn’t give a chance to relax, but the boy doesn’t give the illness any extra day. Van’ka rides a horse, shows tricks, plays the baby at the beach, and does yoga… He does chemical experiments, and inhalations, jumps over bonfire, peeps out of the tent… You can look at his photos for hours, and listen to the stories about his life for days… Van’ka hastens to live. His lungs are late. Breathlessness and weakness require staying at home more often. But Van’ka is not going to calm down. He is dreaming about portable oxygen concentrator. Let the apparatus breathe if they lungs can’t. And Van’ka will live!
"What's wrong with my son?", this question did not go away from Maxim's mother lips within 2 months after the birth of his son.
